From world-renowned chefs to award-winning restaurants, theres something for everyone. As you nosh on sushi rolls, Asian-influenced bites, and American classics, make sure you take in your surroundings-it’s all just as much a part of the experience as the food itself. The Palms Casino Resort is home to some of the best dining in Las Vegas. There’s also a gallery dedicated to the work of photojournalist Martha Cooper, showcasing some of her most noteworthy images that document New York City’s graffiti scene in the ’70s and ’80s. Large-scale murals are also plentiful, by the likes of Angelino Kenny Scharf, Portuguese artist Vhils, and Australian husband-and-wife duo DabsMyla. Paying homage to the Big Apple’s iconic ’80s and ’90s street art, the maze-like hallways feature the tags of legends like Seen, Blaze, Stay High 149, and P-Nut. Cooperman notes that while “it’s almost impossible to not know who Banksy is, for those still be able to appreciate the caliber of detail and art inside.” The restaurant, which is entered via a vintage Coca-Cola vending machine door in an old-school arcade, begins with a tunnel painted by New York City–based graffiti artist CES.
